CYMBAL AUDITIONS

For the cymbal line, we’re looking for 4–8 players who have a good sense of timing, understand note values, and can keep a solid groove as there will be split parts. This is a very physical group, so you’ll be moving a lot—being comfortable performing and adding visuals (even some dance moves) is a big part of it. You will also be evaluated on rudiments. We may do shows where you move to another instrument so knowing basic rudiments will help. There are tools to help you below.
